TL;DR:

Habitual Growth is a personal growth and productivity app that transforms how you think and act day to day — helping you build discipline, sharpen your mindset, and unlock lasting success and fulfillment.

Habitual Growth is a personal development and productivity platform for iOS and Android, built to create real, lasting change in how you live — not just to check off tasks. It gives you a proven system: you define what success looks like for you, translate it into focused daily actions called Essential Actions, complete them to “Conquer” the day, and watch your progress compound over time. Along the way, Habitual Growth surfaces your Proven Behaviors — the actions that actually move you forward — so you can do more of what works. It blends principles from personal development, productivity, wellness, and entrepreneurship into one system, with optional Groups and Teams for shared accountability. The result isn’t just better habits; it’s a stronger mindset, more discipline, and a more intentional life.

Key points
  • A personal growth and productivity system, not just a tracker
  • Builds discipline, mindset, and momentum toward what matters
  • Turns your biggest goals into focused daily action
  • For personal transformation and team performance alike
TL;DR:

Most apps either remind you to do tasks or track habits in isolation. Habitual Growth connects your daily actions to the bigger life you’re building, shows you which behaviors actually drive progress, and adds real accountability — so change actually sticks.

Habitual Growth isn’t a to-do list or a basic habit tracker. Where most productivity apps focus on managing tasks, Habitual Growth focuses on transforming the person — tying every daily Essential Action back to a meaningful goal and measuring whether your actions are genuinely moving your life forward. Three things set it apart: it connects daily execution to long-term growth so progress feels purposeful and visible; it identifies your Proven Behaviors so you can double down on what truly works; and it builds in accountability through Groups, leaderboards, and Teams instead of leaving you to rely on willpower alone. The philosophy is simple: small wins compound, and success builds success.

Key points
  • Connects daily actions to goals, not just a checklist of tasks
  • Connects daily action to a bigger purpose and visible progress
  • Surfaces the behaviors that actually drive results
  • Designed around a proven system, not just habit reminders
TL;DR:

Anyone serious about personal growth — high achievers, entrepreneurs, professionals, students, and anyone who wants more discipline, focus, and fulfillment — plus teams that want to grow together.

Habitual Growth is built for people who know they’re capable of more and want a proven system to get there. That includes individuals pursuing personal growth, health, career, or learning; entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs who need focus and consistency; students building strong foundations; and busy professionals who want to perform at their best without burning out. It also scales to teams and organizations through Habitual Growth Teams, giving everyone a shared language of growth, accountability, and measurable progress. Whether you’re just beginning or already successful, Habitual Growth meets you where you are — because the biggest room in the world is the room for improvement.

Key points
  • Driven individuals focused on growth, discipline, and fulfillment
  • Entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, professionals, and students
  • Teams and organizations that want to grow together
  • Works for beginners and high performers alike
TL;DR:

If you know you’re capable of more but struggle to follow through, Habitual Growth gives you the mindset, discipline, and accountability to close the gap between who you are and who you want to be — for less than the cost of a coffee.

Most people don’t fall short because they lack ambition — they fall short because daily life crowds out consistency and progress stays invisible until it’s too late. Habitual Growth changes that. It turns what matters most into focused daily action, makes your progress visible so momentum becomes motivating, and adds accountability so you keep going on the days you’d otherwise quit. Plans start at $0 per month with a 7-day free trial, so you can feel the difference before paying anything. The real value isn’t the app — it’s what consistent daily growth does for your confidence, your relationships, your career, and your sense of fulfillment over time.

Key points
  • Closes the gap between your potential and your follow-through
  • Builds the mindset and discipline that create momentum
  • Adds accountability for the days willpower runs out
  • Low cost and a 7-day free trial to feel the difference
TL;DR:

Yes. Habitual Growth is built on established behavior-change science: small, consistent actions reshape how you think and act, and visible progress reinforces lasting change.

Habitual Growth applies well-documented research on how lasting change actually happens. A widely cited 2009 University College London study (Lally et al.) found it takes roughly 66 days on average for a new behavior to become automatic, with a real-world range of about 18 to 254 days depending on the person and the behavior. The takeaway is that consistency — not intensity — is what rewires how you act. Habitual Growth is designed around that finding: it turns growth into small, repeatable daily Essential Actions, tracks streaks to reinforce them, and helps you remove friction so progress is easier to sustain than to abandon. Habitual Growth is a personal-growth and productivity tool, not a medical or clinical product, and it does not make therapeutic claims.

Key points
  • Lasting change is built through consistency, not intensity
  • Habit formation averages ~70 days, with a wide normal range
  • Small daily actions and streaks reinforce real change
  • A personal-growth and productivity tool, not a medical product

How Habitual Growth Works

TL;DR:

An Essential Action is a small, focused daily action tied to a goal that matters to you. Complete your handful of them to “Conquer” the day and move your life forward.

An Essential Action is the smallest meaningful step you can finish today that moves you toward who you want to become. A good Essential Action is clear, realistic, and time-bounded — most take 15 to 30 minutes. By completing a handful every day, you build discipline, reduce overwhelm, and create visible momentum toward bigger outcomes. In Habitual Growth, completing your Essential Actions for the day is called “Conquering” the day, and stringing those days together is where real transformation happens.

Key points
  • Small, clear, and finishable today (usually 15–30 minutes)
  • Tied directly to a specific goal or habit
  • Completing them daily lets you “Conquer” the day
  • Consistency beats intensity
TL;DR:

It turns your goals into focused daily Essential Actions, makes your progress visible with streaks and insights, and surfaces the behaviors that work — so growth compounds over time.

Habitual Growth turns ambition into daily execution. You define a goal, break it into Essential Actions, and complete them each day. The app shows your streaks and trends, which makes progress visible and motivating, and it highlights your Proven Behaviors so you can double down on what’s working and let go of what isn’t. Regular review keeps you on the most effective path instead of guessing. Over time, those small daily wins compound into a stronger mindset, deeper discipline, and meaningful results across your personal and professional life.

Key points
  • Goals become daily actions, and actions become real progress
  • Streaks and insights make growth visible and motivating
  • Proven Behaviors show you what’s actually working
  • Review and adjust to keep compounding your results
TL;DR:

Be specific, attach a simple metric, break the goal into small daily Essential Actions, set a timeframe, review regularly, and adjust.

Habitual Growth recommends starting with a clear outcome and a simple way to measure it. Break that outcome into Essential Actions you can finish in 15 to 30 minutes a day, set a reasonable timeline, and review your progress on a regular cadence. Keep what’s working, remove what isn’t, and tighten the next stretch of actions. This approach keeps goals from feeling overwhelming and turns them into a repeatable, daily process rather than a far-off wish.

Key points
  • Start with a specific outcome and a simple metric
  • Size Essential Actions for 15–30 minutes
  • Set a realistic timeframe
  • Review regularly to refine the plan
TL;DR:

It varies. Research suggests about 66 days on average, with a normal range of roughly 18 to 254 days. At Habitual Growth, we use 70 days. Consistency is what drives it.

Habit formation depends on the difficulty of the behavior, your environment, and — most of all — your consistency. Research (Lally et al., 2009) puts the average at around 66 days, but the real-world range is wide and varies by person and habit. Most people need several weeks before a behavior feels automatic. Habitual Growth helps by encouraging small actions repeated daily, tracking your streaks so repetition is visible, and helping you remove friction so the habit is easier to do than to skip.

Key points
  • Average is ~66 days; a wide range is completely normal. Habitual Growth uses 70 days.
  • Small, repeatable actions form habits faster
  • Tracking streaks reinforces repetition
  • Remove friction to make the change stick
TL;DR:

Goal setting, daily Essential Actions, progress tracking and streaks, customizable views, motivational messages, and — on higher tiers — Groups, leaderboards, and built in Challenges and Plans.

Habitual Growth lets you set goals, define your daily Essential Actions, and track completion with clear visuals and streaks. You can categorize actions for a holistic view across different parts of your life, connect daily actions to goal progress, and view your growth over time with customizable views. Inspirational and motivational messages help you stay focused. On the Professional tier you can create or join Groups, use shareable progress screens, and compete on leaderboards. The Teams tier adds organization-wide goals, team collaboration, and insight into the behaviors that drive results.

Key points
  • Goals → Essential Actions workflow with streaks and progress views
  • Categorize actions for a holistic, whole-life view
  • Motivational messages to stay focused
  • Groups, leaderboards (Professional) and Sequoia AI features for accountability

TL;DR:

Sequoia Credits are what you spend on your AI coach and partner, Sequoia. Every paid plan includes a monthly credit allowance, new accounts get 15 free credits to try Sequoia during the 7-day trial, and you can buy more anytime. Credits are shared across your household and roll over for up to 6 months.

Sequoia Credits power your AI experience — every interaction with Sequoia uses credits which can be put towards helping set goals, creating Challenges, prioritizing your Essential Actions, and much more. Paid plans include a monthly allowance that refreshes on your billing date: Growth 100 credits, Professional 300 credits, Professional+ 1,000 credits. New accounts get a one-time grant of 15 credits to try Sequoia during the 7-day free trial (this doesn't apply to subaccounts). If you start a Sequoia plan before the trial ends, those credits carry over to your balance; however, if you stay on the free Starter plan, they expire. Need more credits? Buy a top-up pack anytime: 100 for $3, 500 for $10, or 1,000 for $18.

Key points
  • Credits are required to use and are spent on Sequoia AI actions
  • Monthly allowance by plan: Growth 100 · Professional 300 · Professional+ 1,000
  • New accounts get 15 one-time credits during the 7-day trial (not given to subaccounts)
  • Trial credits carry over if you start a Sequoia plan; they expire if you stay on Starter
  • Top-up packs: 100 for $3 · 500 for $10 · 1,000 for $18
TL;DR:

Credits sit in one shared pool for your whole household. Your monthly allowance is use-it-or-lose-it and resets each billing cycle, while credits you buy in a pack stay valid for 6 months.

Credits are shared across your household — you and your subaccounts all draw from the same balance, and they don't multiply by the number of accounts. Your monthly allowance is use it or lose it: unused monthly credits don't roll over, and your allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle. Credits you buy in a pack are valid for 6 months from purchase. When you use Sequoia, your monthly allowance is spent first, then any purchased credits — so your included monthly credits don't go to waste. It is the responsibility of the parent to ensure that minors (aged 16 or younger) use credits in the correct way and supervise their use.

Key points
  • One shared credit pool for the whole household (parent + subaccounts)
  • Credits don't multiply by the number of accounts
  • Monthly allowance is use-it-or-lose-it — credits don't roll over and reset each billing cycle
  • Purchased pack credits are valid for 6 months from purchase
  • Your monthly allowance is used first, then your purchased credits
TL;DR:

Credits you've purchased stay usable until they expire (within their 6-month window); your monthly allowance ends when your paid plan does. Credit packs aren't refundable once added to your balance.

If you cancel or move to a lower plan, any credits you've purchased remain usable until their expiration date — packs are valid for 6 months from purchase. Your monthly allowance is different: it requires an active paid subscription, so it ends when your paid plan ends, and unused monthly credits don't carry over. Moving down to the free Starter plan removes the monthly allowance and Sequoia access. Credit packs can't be refunded once they've been added to your balance, except where the law requires.

Key points
  • Purchased credits stay usable until they expire, even after you cancel (6-month window)
  • Your monthly allowance ends when your paid plan ends; unused monthly credits don't carry over
  • Moving to Starter removes the monthly allowance and Sequoia access
  • Credit packs are non-refundable once added
TL;DR:

Subaccounts let you share Habitual Growth with your household under one plan. Your tier decides how many you get — Starter none, Growth 1, Professional 4, Professional+ 5 included — up to a maximum household of 6.

A subaccount is an additional account for a family or household member, created and managed under your primary account. The number included depends on your plan: Starter (free) includes none, Growth includes 1, Professional includes 4, and Professional+ includes 5. Every household can have up to 6 total accounts (you plus up to 5 subaccounts). Subaccounts can be set up for adults or minors — up to 2 adults and 3 minors, or 1 adult and 4 minors. On Growth, subaccounts are profiles used on your device; on Professional and Professional+, each subaccount can be used on its own device.

Key points
  • Subaccounts are additional household accounts under your primary account
  • Included by tier: Starter 0 · Growth 1 · Professional 4 · Professional+ 5
  • Maximum household size is 6 total accounts (you + up to 5 subaccounts)
  • Composition: up to 2 adults + 3 minors, or 1 adult + 4 minors
  • Growth subaccounts are profiles on your device; Professional / Professional+ work on their own devices
TL;DR:

Growth and Professional let you add seats beyond what’s included, for a small monthly fee, up to the 6-account household maximum. Professional+ already includes the full household.

If you need more than your plan includes, you can add subaccount seats on some tiers. Growth includes 1 and lets you add up to 2 more at $1.99/month each (up to 4 total accounts). Professional includes 4 and lets you add 1 more at $2.99/month (up to 6 total). Professional+ includes 5 and reaches the full 6-account household with no add-ons needed. Add-on seats are billed to your primary account along with your subscription. If you need more seats than your plan allows, upgrading to a higher tier is usually the better value.

Key points
  • Growth: add up to 2 seats at $1.99/month each
  • Professional: add up to 1 seat at $2.99/month
  • Professional+: full 6-account household included; no add-ons
  • Add-on seats are billed to your primary account with your subscription
  • Reaching the limit? Upgrading a tier is often the better deal
TL;DR:

You (the primary account holder) manage and pay for everything. Subaccounts can’t make purchases. If you downgrade below your current number of seats, the extra ones are paused rather than deleted.

The primary account holder creates, manages, and pays for all subaccounts. Subaccounts can’t make purchases, change the plan, or add payment methods — all billing stays with you. For any minor (aged 16 or under) using a subaccount, you’re responsible for supervising their use, including their use of Sequoia. If you move to a plan that includes fewer seats than you’re using, the extra subaccounts are suspended (made read-only) until you remove some or upgrade — we don’t delete their data just because of a downgrade. If you cancel, subaccounts lose access when your paid plan ends.

Key points
  • The primary account holder manages and pays for all subaccounts
  • Subaccounts can’t purchase, change the plan, or add payment methods
  • You’re responsible for supervising minors (aged 16 or under), including their Sequoia use
  • Downgrade: extra subaccounts are paused (read-only), not deleted
  • Cancel: subaccounts lose access when the paid plan ends

TL;DR:

Groups (available on the Growth and Professional plan) let you share progress with like-minded people, compete on leaderboards, and add accountability to your growth.

On the Professional plan, you can create or join up to 10 Groups with friends, family, or other members who are serious about their development. Within a Group you can use shareable screens to show your progress on Conquering the day, achieving goals, and building habits, and you can compare progress on Group leaderboards and dashboards for a little friendly competition. Surrounding yourself with like-minded, dedicated people significantly improves your odds of success through mutual accountability.

Key points
  • Available on the Professional plan
  • Create or join up to 10 Groups
  • Shareable progress screens and Group leaderboards
  • Accountability and friendly competition with like-minded people
